The combination of mint and chocolate is one of utter balance and led me to develop my organic crystallised mint leaves dipped in 'Grand Cru Abinao 85%' and decorated with a speck of gold or silver. The ideal digestif after a meal or party canapé. They may vary in size due to the season and availability.
