Mandarin is such a gentle nurturing oil in aromatherapy and having tried it with sea salt I opted for the softer version of just mandarin with my quality milk chocolate. 

After experimenting I decided not to pump up the flavour like my Rose Edition 01 bar but to allow it to settle in the chocolate and just bring a hint of mandarin at the end.

Delicious melted and poured over brioche or croissant.
