Using organic lemon oil and Maldon sea salt in the Pale Edition 01 chocolate I created this unique bar. 

The addiction of sea salt and milk chocolate is unbelievable but put in a smidge of organic lemon oil and well suffice to say it has become a bestseller along with Pale Rose Edition 01. 

I think it’s delicious with a buttery white wine like Viognier and also champagne too.
