Dark Lemon

I created this bar to capture my lemon truffles in a chocolate bar.  It is just such a clean tasting bar. 

I let the organic lemon oil sit at the bottom of the chocolate which leads to a subtle end note avoiding  any citrus bitterness. 

I love eating a chunk or two after fish and also after cheese (especially a salty one like Manchego).
