I love ginger and found a lot of my chocolate fans did too so for Spring 2011 I put a Dark Ginger Edition top of my recipe list. I think it is a little gem.
The organic ginger oil sits sweetly in the dark spicy Madagascan chocolate and leaves a lovely taste of ginger at the end. Fab for digestion and a energy top up too!
